The development of digital technology has driven supply chain transformation through the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) into smart warehouse systems. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Warehouse on supply chain performance in the mining sector. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents from mining companies and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of Smart-PLS software. The findings reveal that IoT has a significant effect on both Smart Warehouse and supply chain performance. Moreover, Smart Warehouse also significantly affects supply chain performance and is proven to mediate the relationship between IoT and supply chain performance. These results emphasize that the integration of digital technologies, particularly IoT and Smart Warehouse, is a key factor in enhancing efficiency, speed, and accuracy in material distribution, thereby supporting the sustainability of operational activities in the mining industry.
