Human Resource Digital Tools Implementation Strategy to Improve Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, and Job Satisfaction in the Smart Workspace Era
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of HR Digital Tools in improving employee experience, employee engagement, and job satisfaction in the smart workspace era. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study method. Data were obtained from relevant scientific journals, books, and industry reports. HR Digital Tools contribute to improving employee engagement and satisfaction. This technology supports work efficiency, accelerates decision making, and builds a collaborative work culture. However, its implementation faces challenges such as organizational readiness, resistance to change, and training needs. A planned strategy, management support, and regular education are the keys to the success of digital transformation in HR management. The results of the study show that HR Digital Tools contribute to improving employee engagement and satisfaction through cloud-based systems, digital communication platforms, and performance evaluation tools.
